This is going to be a short blog today.  Dr. Peter and I spent the weekend in seminars, learning new and useful information.  But as the day goes on, and your bottom gets tired of sitting in a classroom, you begin to look for ways to improve your concentration.

There are some case studies involving attention deficit disorder (ADD) which show that chiropractic adjustments help with concentration and ability to follow instructions.¹ ² However, short of the seminar room of chiropractors alternately adjusting each other, we were left to our own methods.
